About Summit and Nest

Summit the mountains, tend to the nest.

This motto is the heart of Summit and Nest.

For me, life is about balancing adventure with family. Whether I’m summiting a mountain peak, or spending time at home with my little one, both are equally important parts of my life. When I’m not designing, creating, packing orders, or doing the many jobs that come with running a small business, you’ll likely find me outside on the trails. 

As an avid runner, hiker, and adventure-loving mom, I was inspired to create clothing that could keep up with my child’s active lifestyle. After becoming a mom, I struggled to find children’s clothing that was durable, stylish, and safe. I wanted pieces that could handle muddy trails, playground adventures, and everyday wear- while still looking and feeling good.

So I created Summit and Nest.

Our clothing is designed for little explorers and eco-conscious families. We combine high-quality materials with clean, modern designs that work for everything: outdoor adventures, celebrations, game days, and bedtime snuggles.

Safety is always our top priority. Every product is thoughtfully chosen with my own child in mind.

Our products include:

• 100% cotton shirts free of microplastics
• ultra-soft bamboo pajamas made from organically grown bamboo
• non-toxic, food-grade silicone accessories and toys

All of our clothing is OEKO-TEX and CPSIA certified, ensuring it is free from harmful chemicals. Even our packaging is made from recycled, eco-friendly materials.

At Summit and Nest, we believe childhood should be filled with fresh air, adventure, and imagination. So get outside, enjoy the sunshine, climb a mountain, and spread a little happiness along the way.
