About Summit and Nest

Summit the mountains, tend to the nest.

This motto is the heart and soul of Summit and Nest. Summiting mountain peaks and spending time at home with my "nest" are at the top of my priority list. When not designing, creating, making, shipping, doing all the things small business owners do, you can find me outside on the trails. As an avid runner, hiker, and adventure mama, I was inspired to create clothing for my child's active lifestyle needs. 

After having my son, I struggled to find clothing that was durable, stylish, and safe. I developed Summit and Nest children's clothing for the active little ones and eco-conscious moms. I wanted to create clothing that was willing to withstand hiking and outdoor adventures, but be comfortable and stylish for everyday wear. Summit and Nest pairs quality materials with clean looking designs that can be worn by all little explorers. Our clothing is designed for celebrations, game day, or mountain adventures, while being comfortable enough for all the moving and grooving of little ones. 

Safety is a top priority at Summit and Nest. All products are carefully chosen with my own child in mind. From 100% cotton shirts, free of microplastics, to non-toxic, food-grade silicone accessories and toys. Even our bamboo pajamas are made with organically grown bamboo. Our clothing is all OEKO-TEX and CSPIA certified, free from chemicals. Even our packaging is made from eco-friendly, recycled materials. Comfort for little ones, peace of mind for adults.
